Nutrition is the foundation for health and vitality. His nutrition approach is influenced by Ayurvedic Medicine. Decades of formal and practical learning has shown how to live a sustainable, healthy and active lifestyle through movement, nutrition and regeneration.

Yoga

Decades of international experience in the fitness industry and embodiment of  a health and active lifestyle shaped his understanding and approach to wellness and wellbeing. Along with his successful personal training business he coaches nutrition, provides sports and deep tissue massage and teaches Yoga at Equinox and Aziam. From Olympic athletes to the general population his training experience evolved to be wide and diverse encompassing mind, body and spirit.
